Share OneNote notebook during a meeting
Go to Start and type OneNote. Open OneNote and choose the Shared notebook. Now click the share button and click on Invite People. The invited participants will receive a message with a link to the shared notebook.
Now click on the Share button and choose the Share with Meeting option.
Once all the participants in the notebook are given with sufficient permissions of editing the notes, the participants will be able to add the data to the meeting notes at the same time irrespective of location. OneNote syncs all the notes automatically displaying every participant’s notes. That’s all!
