Booting your Windows 11/10 computer into a Black Screen with a cursor can be annoying. 4] Uninstall/Reinstall or Update your Graphics Card

First press WinKey+Ctrl+Shift+B keyboard shortcuts to restart your Display driver and see if that helps. Else proceed.

Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to start the Task Manager. Press File > Run new task. Enter devmgmt.msc and hit Enter to open the Device Manager. 6] Perform an In-place Upgrade
